Strong accounting is the backbone of any business. With the online MBA's accounting concentration, you'll focus on the managerial aspects of accounting to support informed decision-making. Triple Advantage Accountancy Program:
In addition to the above Accounting Concentration courses, and completion of Managerial
Economics, Managerial Accounting, and Managerial Finance, you may take the following
courses and qualify to sit for the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) Examination —
providing you have accumulated 150 total semester hours of college (undergraduate
or graduate) coursework. Thirty of these hours must be in Accounting Theory and Practice
and 11 must be in Communications.

Applicants to the online MBA program must hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution and a minimum college grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale. Please submit:
- No GMAT is required for admission into the Saint Mary MBA.
- Official transcripts from all undergraduate work and any graduate coursework. The undergraduate transcript must show the date your degree was conferred and the GPA for all degree-related coursework.

How long does the University of Saint Mary MBA online education program take?
This is an accelerated program that may be completed in as little as one year, if
you take two classes each term. You can also choose to take one class at a time and
complete in as few as two years. Courses are offered in eight-week-long sessions. Most students plan on spending about 15 hours
a week on coursework, per class.
If it's an online program, will my degree be considered as professional as a traditional
degree?
The material covered in the University of Saint Mary MBA program will be the same
as a traditional on-campus degree.
Because it's online, can I can choose when to do my coursework?
Yes, the online format allows students to complete coursework on their own schedule
from anywhere as long as they have a computer and an Internet connection. This allows
more students to work while pursuing their MBA degree.
Does the University of Saint Mary offer other MBA programs?
Yes, we also offer a campus-based MBA program.
I've already completed some work on an MBA. Can I transfer my credits?
Upon approval, you may transfer up to nine credit hours of comparable coursework from
another graduate or professional degree program.
Can I receive financial aid?
Yes, if you qualify. For more information about financial aid, please visit our Financial Aid page.
Will I need to visit the main campus?
No. You will do all MBA online education coursework online. You may participate in
graduation ceremonies on the main campus in Leavenworth, Kansas, which take place
in May or December.
What kind of support does the University of Saint Mary offer?
We have Technical Support that is there whenever you need it, 24 hours a day, seven
days a week. You will also have a dedicated student services counselor to assist you
during your program.
Are the University of Saint Mary and the Master of Business Administration program
accredited?
Yes. The University of Saint Mary has received specialized accreditation for its business
and business-related programs through the International Assembly for Collegiate Business
Education (IACBE), Olathe, Kansas. The University of Saint Mary is accredited by the Higher Learning
Commission, one of the six regional accreditation agencies in the U.S.
Are there any entrance exams required for your program?
No. The University of Saint Mary does not require any entrance exams, such as the
GMAT or GRE, for acceptance into the program.
