(Leavenworth, Kansas) – The University of Saint Mary will host its “End-of-Semester” Student Art Exhibition Dec. 3-13 in the Goppert Gallery in Xavier Hall on the USM Main Campus in Leavenworth, 4100 South 4th Street.

The exhibition is free and open to the public from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on weekdays. USM will host an opening reception from 2-6 p.m. on Dec. 3 in the Goppert Gallery.

The show features work created by students in Animation, Painting, Printmaking, Basic Design, and Computer Graphics courses. Art majors Gustavo Bueno, Lilliawna Carter, and Emilio Gutierrez will also debut their Senior Exhibitions, showcasing their capstone portfolios.

“Each semester, our students bring fresh perspectives to the gallery,” Associate Professor of Art and Graphic Design Thomas Wallestad said. “This exhibition highlights their hard work and the diverse artistic voices emerging within our program.”
