Cap & Gown

Graduation regalia (cap and gown) is required for Commencement. Please remember: You may not decorate your cap, no exceptions. Only stoles and cords provided by USM may be worn during Convocation and Commencement ceremonies.

If you have completed your degree application and you indicated you plan to attend the commencement ceremony, your cap and gown has been ordered for you. The Registrar’s Office will email information to you with the dates that your caps and gowns may be picked up. Students must monitor their USM emails for this important information.

If you do not live on or near the Main Campus or Johnson County Campus, you will need to order your cap and gown online at https://oakhallcg.com/pages/ustmleavenworthsth and have it shipped to your home address to bring to Commencement.

Regalia is not needed if you choose not to participate in the commencement ceremony.
