• Demonstrate commitment to the University of Saint Mary mission, beliefs, and values
• Demonstrate excellence in their respective position and the service they provide
• Positively represent the University of Saint Mary

Criteria

Nominees must have been employed at USM for a minimum of three years.

Nomination Process

• Individuals are nominated by USM faculty, staff, students, or others outside of USM
• Nominations must include the form below and three letters of support – one from the lead nominator and two additional letters.
• Letters of support should focus on and include specific examples of how the nominee has excelled in the following three areas:

• • Espousing the University of Saint Mary mission, beliefs, and values
  • Demonstrating excellence in their respective position and the service they provide
  • Positively representing the University of Saint Mary
