The University of Saint Mary (USM) is currently seeking initial accreditation from the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) of the graduate online program in nursing. USM is hosting an onsite review March 4 – 6, 2015. This visit does not assure accredited status will be granted. Final CCNE accreditation decisions are retroactive to the first day of the program visit pending a positive outcome.
Also if you have aspirations to earn your Ph.D. in the future, our curriculum and clinical options will instill within you the acumen to achieve this goal. Most nurses will end up retaking some courses in a doctorate program, but with our program, you’ll have completed advanced health assessment, advanced physiology and pathophysiology, and advanced pharmacology.
The Master of Science in Nursing online program at the University of Saint Mary, Leavenworth KS 66048, is scheduled for its first onsite Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) accreditation visit on March 3-5, 2015.
