USM’s Master’s degree in elementary education is designed to meet the needs of busy individuals balancing work and family commitments.
Eight-week accelerated paced courses; two courses per term
Each course meets one night per week, with some being offered in a hybrid delivery model
Semester-long placements in the local schools, many options that will be in close proximity to work or home
Student teaching is a 14 week full day intensive experience during your last semester in the program We recommend that you submit your application materials at least three weeks prior to the start of the term.

Minimum GPA 2.75 required
Minimum Scores (one of the following):
